Mango salsa is a delicious and invigorating side that will bring any dish up a notch, but that can always be served with a bowl of chips when you want a snack full of goodness.

Sweet and Spicy Mango Salsa
2 medium peeled mangos, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ red onion finely, chopped
½ jalapeno, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
Combine your chopped mango, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl. That’s it! Doesn’t get much easier than that, my friend.
Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

As a dip: It pairs well with tortilla chips or pita bread.
On top of fish or chicken: The sweet and tangy flavor goes great with grilled or baked fish and chicken.
