How to Make a White Chocolate Peppermint Martini

The martini should be prepared right before serving. So to not take away from any of your holiday entertaining festivities, make sure you do a little prep work ahead of time.

Tools Needed:

Cocktail shaker
Plastic food storage bag
Meat mallet or rolling pin
Martini glasses

Ingredients:

3 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz white chocolate liqueur
2 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz peppermint schnapps
½ cup ice

Rim:

3 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp hot water
3 oz peppermint candy, crushed

You’ll want to make sure all the alcohol has been well chilled.

Place peppermint candy in a Ziploc-type plastic food storage bag. Pound the bag with a meat mallet or a rolling pin until the candy is crushed into very small pieces. Transfer crushed candy pieces to a shallow plate or bowl.

Make a simple syrup by stirring together the granulated sugar into an equal amount of hot water. Pour into another shallow bowl wide enough to fit the rim of the martini glass.

Place the rim of the martini glasses into the simple syrup and then gently twist the moistened rims into the crushed peppermint until the entire rim is evenly coated.

You can do that part ahead of time so that your glasses are ready to go.

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, and peppermint schnapps. Shake vigorously until thoroughly combined. Strain chilled liquid into your prepared martini glasses.
