If you are looking for a quick, easy and delicious dinner idea, these air fryer glazed pork chops are a perfect meal idea.
I sometimes feel a bit guilty eating pork chops. Those who know me understand why. This is a picture of my dog….Pork Chop.
My son came up with his name and we all thought it was adorable. His nickname has become “Chops” because although he looks cute and cuddly, he wants to eat your face off 😉

I never imagined that it would make me pause each time I’m about to make pork chops for dinner. Maybe I should have named him Chocolate – it might prevent me from craving it!
The great thing about this recipe is there is very little fuss. It’s a quick blending of 2 ingredients, brown sugar and vegetable seasoning blend. The only other thing to do is coat the pork chops with olive oil and then use the seasoning mix as a rub. So simple!
The air fryer I use is the OMORC Air Fryer XL . I have been very happy with it. It has been going strong since I received it for Christmas in 2018. I have used it almost every day for cooking or reheating since I got it, so I’d have to say it is pretty durable.
My special ingredient in this recipe is the roasted vegetable blend that I use. If you don’t have the seasoning blend on hand, you can make something similar on your own:
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. celery seed
I can’t say enough about this seasoning blend! I use it on my Air Fryer Seasoned Sweet Potatoes Recipe also, and I must say, that recipe has been my most popular recipe to date, and I am positive the vegetable seasoning blend is the reason. Trust me, it’s fantastic. I use it on all my veggies, chicken and, pork, too.
Air Fryer Glazed Pork Chops
For this recipe, I used thin boneless pork chops. Feel free to use thin or thick boneless pork chops, but for a thicker cut, you will need to add a bit more time to the cooking process. If you prefer pork tenderloin, this glaze goes great on that, as well.
Guide for Glazed Pork Chops:
Thin cut 400° 12 min
Thick cut 400° 15 min
Tenderloin 400° 22 min
